i am at ben's place again..!! haha.

today i'm really pissed with this Telecom (phone company) phone adviser or operator or WHATEVER you call him..

i wanted to set up a new connection in my new flat, so i told him i wanted to have a private line in my room. okay, so he understood. then he said i already HAD a line in the house.. and i was like, 'it's my flat mate's.. not mine. i'm using her line to call you..' and you know what he replied, 'ya ya, i still don't understand you.' WTF?!!? it was so clearly stated and i repeated like THRICE MAN!! wtf!

okay, then he sounded really pissed or frustrated that kind.. and cos my friend was gonna get the technician come tmr to check on the phone connection, so i asked him whether i could ask the technician to check mine at the same time.

and he replied,' LOOK, i'm DOING MY JOB HERE. you NEED a technician to check on your phone line and i don't care what's happening in that flat of yours..'

WHAT THE.....?!?!?!

i was so pissed that i was practically shouting at him.. and he is SO SLOW AT HIS WORK!! HE KEPT HAVING TO ASK ME FOR MY ADDRESS FOR LIKE 5 FREAKING TIMES LAH!

argh. idiot bastard. made my day sour.

alrite, enough of that stupid man.

i started the day waking up from a dream - chweeling knocking on the door, and the other person at the other side of the door knocking back.. and it repeated several times until i finally woke up.

i opened the door and saw nien (my flatmate) and asked her whether she heard any noise. she said, 'oh, chong was knocking on ur door.'

i was like, 'HUH? i dreamt that chweeling was knocking on the door......'

HAHA. that was so ridiculous.. so i woke up super duper early cos we had an international student orientation this morning at 9am, and chong (my other flatmate) tried waking me up cos i didn't know about me.

typical of me. SO BLUR.

so anwyays, there were so many international students at the theatre.. and i was appalled cos there were so many from the United States !! all the way from there man can you believe it?! haha. and they are all so enthusiastic !! woohoo.

unlike me, i was so shy to even shout my country out.. cos the mayor of Dunedin was trying to figure out the many nationalities in the theatre.. eh but really abit paiseh loh.. what if i shout SINGAPORE out then only i put up my hand.. haha.

but the weird thing was there are so few Chinese (china chinese) this year.. or maybe they don't even know there was the orientation.. LIKE ME. OH NO!!!! i don't wanna be a china chinese.. i'm a singaporean chinese.. and a proud one..

MAYBE NOT after today's incident.

should feel embarrassed rite?

man, we've got preliminary lectures on friday, and lessons officially starts next monday. BORING STUFF.

oh, there are 2 refugees seeking refuge at ben 's place now - caleb and james. hope they find a flat for themselves and move out soon. THIS PLACE IS A STY WITH THEM AROUND. AHHH.
