Went to RTC today with Mum and Sis and SahYee.. We ate @ the Chinese restaurant there... Then played bowling!! Hehe.. played two games only.. first game 98.. 2nd game 112! I beat both Mum and Jan twice loh.. Though it is not very good.. LOL.. We played while some adults were playing at the next two lanes beside us.. They kept cheering and everything.. Very noisy.. I told Jan that they are too old to be so enthusiastic already.. Haha.. But it doesn't kill to be like that right?

Jon joined some Robotics seminar loh.. Haha.. for kids 8-12 years old.. Think he had fun loh.. Ridiculous.. I won't be interested in such stuff man.. Haha..

Jan and I went to meet Ning TY Ming and Wei today.. COUSIN POWER! Hahaha.. All look the same la.. Ming.. Aiyah still the same from the last time I saw him.. Which is just 2 days ago.. Muahaha.. Ate @ Sakae Sushi Suntec then played pool @ SSC.. MY POOL SKILLS REALLY SO HORRIBLE... *CRY* *WAIL* This is saddening!

I'm gonna be a vegetarian from Monday onwards!!! That is 8th December 2003. Trying for a week.. See how those vegetarians out there survive..Great challenge man.. Sigh.. I don't think I can tahan so long.. Haha..

Went around orchard with 3rd Aunt yesterday.. with Jerm too.. Both of them cut hair loh... I WANT TO! But after that 3rd Aunt called her friend with her children along.. Left me and Jan so extra.. The daughter also made me grossed out.. LUCKY Jan was with me.. Or else I duno how bad I'll feel man..

I was going to be vegetarian for a week starting today.. HOWEVER my maid says that there are no more vegetables left in the refrigerator.. WHATEVER right..

I had 3 dreams yesterday loh.. Whatever man..

The first one.. HT suddenly came and protected me from a gun shot man! I dunno why she can suddenly appear in my dream loh.. Haha.. Then I cried like crazy man.. How could she save someone she dun know la.. I think I cried in my dreams loh.. I could hear myself I think.. *ponder* Oh well.

The other dream: I was taking my AO level Chinese (again...). Then I was taking the exam in ACJC Badminton Hall.. But the people there from CCHSM loh.. Haha.. There were Qi April Stephie.. Gosh.. Then I kept going to the toilet ok.. Then when i came back from the toilet after the 8th time it was time to put down our pens. We were doing some Chinese letter writing.. Then I only wrote like 1/2 of it loh! There was comprehension also.. And I haven't even started! I remembered asking Qi whether she could finish the paper.. She said 'Yeah..' Like obviously like that loh.. I felt how terrible oK!! Lucky it was a dream!

The other dream was that me Qi and Steph were in Qi's bf car.. lol.. Her bf is not foxy in the dream loh.. Is some HAMSOME guy man.. Haha.. Damn funny. Then we went to the ZOO loh.. Can you believe it.. Damn funny loh.. I only remembered her bf very handsome that's all. Haha.

It rained.. Almost spoilt the whole gathering thing.. But we went April's house in the end.. Her house is gourgeous.. 5 storeys altogether.. Levels 2 1 B1 B2 and B3. Haha.. Cool huh? We barbequed and celebrated Qi's birthday. Qi is very happy today. So are we. Ha.

I dunno what time the bus service stops la.. Tried waiting for 853.. Didn't come.. Waited for 13 with Jeff in it.. Also dun have.. In the end shared a cab with Jeff.. Super tiring day man.. When I was at Gym, tried running la.. But right.. I only ran like 100m then my right side of my abdomen very painful.. Duno what was happening la.. Then I stopped and went to cycle loh.. I cycled like 25km la.. WTH.. Haha.. Damn tired after that.. But then I still did some arms and legs workout.. Did everything in about an hour or so..

Your period can be a pain--literally. In addition to the hassle of a monthly cycle, you may have to deal with a lot of other things that come with it: PMS, cramps, bloating, headaches, backaches and tender breasts. There are many ways that you can lessen or get rid of these "extras".

Diet

What you eat around your period can have an impact on it. Fatty foods and refined sugar can contribute to PMS especially if you're overweight. Caffeine can worsen the symptoms. Salt can affect water retention levels.

Eating a well-balanced diet is important particularly during your period. For PMS and bloating cut back on refined sugar, salt, and caffeine. Eat more fruits, vegetables, cereals, and whole grains. Also, try to drink 6-8 glasses of water each day. In addition to feeling better, eating well will also improve your overall health.

Vitamins and Minerals

Enhancing your diet with some additional nutrients can help during your period. Getting more calcium and zinc may help reduce cramps and PMS. Iron can reduce the chance of anemia (not enough iron in the blood). Vitamins C and E may help relieve breast swelling. B-complex vitamins may ease water retention and PMS.

If you decide to use vitamins to deal with period discomfort, talk to a doctor or nutritionist first. They can help you choose which combination of vitamins at what doses are right for you without side effects.

Exercise

You're in pain clutching a pillow to your stomach. The last thing in the world you want to do is move--but exercise will help. Exercise will increase blood and oxygen circulation, helping cramps. It will help reduce PMS and stress, easing headaches and backaches. Exercise, especially aerobic exercise when you sweat, will help you cut down on bloating. The added benefit is that your body will also look better if you exercise especially if you do it all month.

Medication

Over-the-counter drugs like ibuprofen and acetaminophen can relieve headaches, backaches and cramping. There are also other over-the counter drugs that are specifically made for lessening a number of period problems. Don't take diuretics to relieve bloating. They can cause dehydration and strip your body of essential minerals making your symptoms worse.

Oral Contraceptives can improve periods by making them lighter and more regular. They can ease cramps and PMS, but they require a prescription. For extreme cases of PMS, consult with your health care professional.
